CashDonut ("CashDonut," "we," "us," or "our") provides services that allow users to earn rewards by completing various activities within the CashDonut mobile application ("App"). Collectively, these offerings are referred to as the "Services." By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use ("Terms").

Collection and Use of Your Data
By using CashDonut, you consent to the collection, processing, and transfer of the following categories of personal data:
  • Installed apps on your device (including usage duration and history)
  • In-app activity logs (clicks, engagement, session history)
  • Registration data (IP address, Device ID, PayPal email)
  • Location information (precise and approximate)
  • Camera access (for selfie-based verification)
  • Notification permissions (to deliver updates on rewards)
  • Survey responses (name, address, date of birth)
  • Personalized advertising data (cookies, ad identifiers)
  • Attribution data (User Agent, AD ID, Device ID)
This data enables CashDonut to:
  • Reward you for app usage and playtime with partner integrations
  • Provide earnings for completed surveys
  • Deliver video-based bonus rewards
  • Track performance through analytics and attribution
  • Securely verify identity for payouts
  • Offer referral features via QR codes
  • Process PayPal payments with fraud protection
  • Improve marketing efforts and optimize campaigns
Device identifiers (GAID or IDFA) are encrypted before being transmitted. In certain cases, identifiers may be shared with partners for operational and billing purposes. Users may also voluntarily submit screenshots for validation—these are securely processed and stored.

These Terms represent a legal agreement between you and CashDonut, effective worldwide. By continuing to use our Services, you agree to:
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Accept that CashDonut bears no liability for your usage of the Services
  • Waive rights to pursue individual or class action claims against us
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using CashDonut. Non-compliance may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.

ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to access the Services. CashDonut is not an employer or substitute for work, and you remain solely responsible for how you use the App and Website.

USER CONDUCT
By using the Services, you agree not to:
  • Replicate, share, or exploit the App, Website, or Services for anything beyond personal use
  • Distribute, lease, or sublicense the Services to others
  • Develop derivative works from our platform
  • Attempt to bypass security or access restrictions
  • Use unauthorized tools or methods to interact with the Services
  • Mirror or frame any part of the Services
  • Engage in prohibited behavior or misuse the platform

UPDATES TO TERMS
CashDonut reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates may include additions, revisions, or removals. The latest version will always be posted on our Website or App, with the "Last Updated" date adjusted accordingly.
Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree, you must stop using the Services immediately.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Services are the intellectual property and trade secrets of CashDonut. Unauthorized use or infringement may lead to legal consequences.
We welcome user feedback and suggestions ("Feedback"). Submitting Feedback via [email protected] grants CashDonut full rights to use it without restriction.

WARRANTIES, DISCLAIMERS, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
By using CashDonut, you represent and warrant that:
  • You are legally authorized to agree to these Terms
  • The information you provide is accurate and lawful
  • You will not violate third-party rights when using the Services
Disclaimer:
Unless otherwise stated, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” CashDonut does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or suitability of the Services or linked third-party content.
Reward payouts can be requested to your PayPal account once eligibility requirements are met. CashDonut may adjust payout thresholds or deny payouts in cases of misuse. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services at our discretion.
By using the Services, you agree to indemnify CashDonut, its affiliates, and service providers against any claims, damages, or costs arising from your usage. Earnings may be taxable depending on your jurisdiction.

RULES
  • To receive rewards, you must follow each survey’s instructions and meet eligibility requirements.
  • There is no cap on maximum payout amounts.
  • The CashDonut loyalty program complies with the Google Play Developer Program Policy effective March 1, 2021.

Continued use of the Services implies acceptance of any updates to that policy.

GOVERNING LAW
